Job description       Remote monitoring and managing client IT infrastructure like servers, operating systems, databases, network, IT help desk etc.Supporting Cognizant clients on troubleshooting issues related to software, hardware and networking issues. Understanding problems and providing remote technical resolutions. Escalating issues to specialized support groups for highly technical issues. Coordinating with customers and support groups for tracking status, providing updates and confirmation

Eligibility Criteria

Year of Passing: 2014 batch only.

UG: B.Sc. – CS / IT / Maths / Physics / Chemistry / Electronics / Statistics & BCA

PG: MSc. – Maths / Physics / Chemistry / Electronics & Statistics

Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% in X, XII, UG & PG. No standing arrears allowed at the time of the recruitment process. At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum of 60% in the pursuing degree with no standing arrearsStrong written and oral communication skills Flexible to work in shifts / relocate to any Cognizant locations across India Open only to Indian nationals

Recruitment Process   Online Aptitude Test on Saturday 24th May at Cochin, Trivandrum and Calicut followed by Technical & Communication Interviews [Interviews will be on  a later date.Date and venue interview will be announced after online test]
